When a synchronicity strikes, take heed. As I was putting the finishing touches on the Shadows of Heaven last night, I considered energy to be one of the biggest challenges to the puzzle that unlocks humanity's freedom (in the external world, that is).
Unlocking global renewal energy is considered to be within our capacity, as far as technology is concerned. The World Wildlife Fund released a report in 2010 that concluded we could attain almost 100% renewable energy by 2050, worldwide.
This is where the synchronicity comes into play. During my random scanning of my Facebook feed, I discovered this recent interview with a Texan boy named Max Loughan.
Max built a Tesla free energy device for under $14. Sure, it creates only a small amount of free energy, yet the model reveals the deep relationship between energy and life. There is energy all around us, and certainly no need to relentlessly dig it from the ground, ad inifinitum. Our planet must plan an energy abundant future for everyone.
My favorite quote from this young inventor during his interview is this: "Make the world a better place. [Give] the world what it doesn't have so it doesn't have to struggle for basic things like energy."
Max is an excellent role model for exploring your own purpose. Find your passion and embrace it to clear the shadows from the path.
